Terms of Service

ReachFast is run by Scapin Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16538829, and lives at reachfa.st. You can reach us anytime at contact@scapin.co.uk. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You give ReachFast a website, store or app page. We read it to understand what you sell, then scan public posts on Reddit, X, LinkedIn and Facebook for people asking for products or services like yours, and show them to you ranked by buying intent.

ReachFast never posts, messages or replies on your behalf, and never asks for access to your social accounts. Every conversation is yours to have, from your own accounts, on the platform where the post lives.

You sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to that email. One person or company per account; you may run as many projects as you like inside it.

ReachFast is a monthly subscription billed per project. Each project watches one website, store or app. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

New customers start with a 7 day free trial on their first project. A card is required and nothing is charged until the trial ends. The trial is offered once per customer.

Adding a project charges the prorated price for the rest of the current billing period at the moment you add it. Cancelling a project keeps it running until the end of the period you already paid for, then deletes it and lowers your next bill. Cancelled projects can be restored for free before that date. Cancelling your last project ends the subscription.

Payments are not refunded and unused time is not credited, whether you cancel a project or the whole subscription. What you have paid for keeps working until the period ends.

The price you subscribe at stays yours for as long as your subscription lives. Prices for new subscriptions can change; that never touches an existing one.

The leads ReachFast finds are for you to act on personally. Do not resell, republish or scrape the data, do not feed it into mass automated outreach, and respect the rules of each platform when you reply. Do not probe, overload or reverse engineer the service. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or closed.

Leads come from public posts written by real people on platforms we do not control. Volume depends on how your market asks; posts can be edited or deleted by their authors or platforms at any time. We do not guarantee a number of leads, the accuracy of any post, or any business outcome from replying.

ReachFast is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost data.

You can cancel from your dashboard at any time, no email needed. To delete your account entirely, email contact@scapin.co.uk and we will erase it along with everything in it. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the law. If we ever discontinue the service, running subscriptions are honoured until the end of their paid period.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes are announced by email before they apply, and using ReachFast after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and nothing in them limits the consumer rights the law gives you.
